RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call 1 (774)410-3049 within 30 days of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.
Tea Exchanges: MyDeevee will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at info@teaforte.com or call 1 (774)410-3049 for an RMA number. No exchange will be given for items returned without an RMA number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
