Preparation

Hot Tea: Add 1 slightly heaping tsp. per 7-9 oz (200-260 ml) of boiling water. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk or sugar to taste if desired.

Iced Tea (1L): Use 6 slightly heaping tsp. of tea. Brew in 1¼ cup (315 ml) boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain and top with cold water, garnish, and sweeten to taste.
