Preparation

Hot Tea: Add 1 slightly heaping tsp. of loose tea per 7-9 oz (200-260 ml) of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.

Iced Tea (1L): Use 6 slightly heaping tsp. of tea. Brew in 1¼ cup (315 ml) boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain, add cold water to fill a pitcher, and sweeten to taste.
