Preparation

Hot Tea: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea per 7-9 oz (200-260 ml) of water. Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Iced Tea (1L/QT): Use 6 heaping teaspoons of loose tea. Pour 1 ¼ cups (315 ml) boiling water over tea, steep for 5 minutes, then strain into a pitcher. Add ice and top with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
